We felt very safe in our stay. COVID-19 precautions were spot on and followed consistently.

Staybridge Suites in Fitchburg, Wisconsin saw my family through a very difficult time. Our stay began with our need to be with a family member in a nearby hospice facility. When she passed away during our visit, staff at Staybridge went out of their way to help us as more family arrived from out-of-state. Not only was our room incredibly clean and comfortable, but the staff was also very friendly and extremely kind. They also provided additional storage space when we needed it. Whenever my family travels again, we won’t have to shop around for a place to stay. We’ll be booking again with Staybridge.

This was our first stay in a hotel since early March. We felt comfortable with all of the precautions that were taken. The staff was first class and the hotel was extremely clean and well kept. This property is close to good restaurants and shopping.

My crew and I stayed for almost 3 weeks at this location and had outstanding accommodations and service. The staff was not only helpful and pleasant but truly were there to support us and make sure our experience exceeded our expectations. Additionally the rooms were clean and disinfected daily to reduce our concerns regarding Covid 19. We have been gone for over a week now and have stayed in multiple other hotels in other areas of Wisconsin and quite frankly we have been extremely disappointed after leaving Staybridge having to put up with substandard housecleaning, rude and unprofessional staffing, as well as unfulfilled requests. The Staybridge hotel in Madison truly spoiled us! Thanks to Bobby (GM) and Judy (Marketing) and all their staff for treating us so kindly and taking care of my guys during our stay with them. We truly miss you already! We will always recommend you and look to stay at other Staybridge hotels in our travels due to our experience with you. Thanks again.
